Meet The San Antonio SUCCESS Space® Owners
Adolfo & Lisa Guzman
This husband-and-wife duo are bringing a personal level of expertise to expanding SUCCESS® Space into San Antonio. Both are involved in the real estate industry, with Lisa having five years of experience with eXp Holdings and starting her own real estate company, the Lisa Guzman Group, just a few years ago.
With SUCCESS® Space, the Guzmans are looking to create an environment of social collaboration in San Antonio, allowing professionals to experience a new way to cowork.
“We heard about Glenn Sanford, CEO of eXp World Holdings, curating this SUCCESS Space® concept, and knew it was something we wanted to be a part of. As realtors ourselves, this kind of platform is absolutely necessary for solopreneurs and other professionals,” said Lisa. “What separates SUCCESS Space® is that it doesn’t just work for people in our shoes; you could have your entire company working in one of our locations, or you could be a solopreneur. Meet The Flower Mound SUCCESS Space® Owners
Brian & Tisha White
This husband-and-wife duo are bringing a personal level of expertise to expanding SUCCESS® Space in Flower Mound, Texas. Both are active community philanthropists and reputable real estate professionals.
After spending 20 years in corporate sales, Brian began looking for ways to get out of the corporate grind and real estate was a perfect fit. Now, their team has been in real estate for over eight years and is in the top two percent of agents in North Texas.
In addition to their busy professional lives, Brian and Tisha are active in their local communities. Brian is on the board of directors for Journey to Dream and is a member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce and Cross Timbers Rotary. Tisha is on the fundraising committee for Blue Haven Ranch, a nonprofit that provides support to single mothers. They are also dedicated members of the Valley Creek Church.
